Excellent Arbitrators at your Service
What is Arbitration?
In Arbitration, a neutral Arbitrator hears testimony and evidence from both parties and decides on a resolution. Once the arbitrator makes their decision, both parties are bound to that decision. Our arbitrators at Laidlaw & Laidlaw, PC can resolve your dispute.
What are the Main Benefits of Arbitration?
Less Formal-
It is a less formal trial where you avoid the long and expensive court litigation. Instead, an arbitrator hears both sides of the case and evidence and then makes a decision.
Saves Time-
Typically arbitration provides faster resolution than a traditional litigation court case. No waiting for court dates or available judges.
Confidential-
With a few exceptions, most arbitrations take place in private and details of the resolution are not published without the consent of the parties involved.
